Our collaborator offers various roles particularly within hospitality across the UK and tailors the roles according to your internship and career aspirations. They offer you a package that helps you to get ready for your internship in the UK, based on your specific needs and university requirements. With free service, they will put you through directly to the host to carry out your internship at no cost to you. They paid service will ensure that you will receive:

– Accommodation for up to 12 months

– 2-3 meals per day (depending on host)

– A monthly stipend (financial assistance)

The aim of the program is to allow individuals with an aspiration to get hands-on operational experience whilst at the same time to understand what it means to deliver quality service and practice their language skills in preferred locations across the UK. The program will also give the Interns the ability to develop the future skills needed to be successful leaders. The skills the Interns will learn from the program include the importance of driving employee loyalty and engagement, how different work streams pull together across the business to generate success and the value of teamwork and communication in a practical environment.

At the end of the internship they would expect our Interns to have learnt how to deliver the fine personalized service whilst adhering to brand standards and best practice. They would also expect the Interns to have gained a better understanding of why it is so important to engage with they guests to create memorable experiences whilst in a busy operation, and how guest retention translates into the wider context of running a successful and resilient business.
