Mais Tasks – IT Support Engineer
- Provide first-line support to customers who need assistance with technical issues;
- Execute diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot problems and provide quick solutions where possible;
- For more complex issues, escalate them to higher-level support staff;
- Follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the outcome;
- Based on feedback received from customers, bring up suggestions to further improvements.
Education: Engineer or related degree
Qualifications and Skills – IT Support Engineer Internship
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Technical skillset including knowledge of hardware, software, and networking;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Good problem-solving skills.
