As an engineering consulting firm, our collaborator has been offering since 2007 a unique approach in its field by combining well-being at work and performance.

They are currently looking for a intern to join their team in sales administration.

Job description / tasks

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Department, you are in charge of the administrative management of customers and suppliers.

You will be involved in all of the following stages:

– Management of client accounts: opening of accounts, verification, updating and validation of framework contracts,

– Subcontractor management: account creation, contract management, invoice validation, contract and order management, verification of costs to be billed to the client, management of paper activity reports,

– Invoicing and follow-up of unpaid invoices: preparation of invoices (management of commercial contracts, preparation of quotes and estimates), validation of invoices and their supporting documents, collection of debts, follow-up of payments


Education: related studies

Skills and qualities: They are looking for a rigorous and proactive person.
