Main tasks 

• Assist with HR processes and procedures, such as onboarding, employee documentation, and payroll administration.
• Support the HR team in recruitment and selection processes.
• Help manage employee relations and communications.
• Assist with training and development initiatives.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
• Participate in HR projects as needed.

Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
