Main Tasks – Administrative Assistant in 5 start hotel Internship
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers;
- Managing the office agenda;
- Arranging business trips (flights, accommodation, transfers, etc.);
- Handling expenses reports;
- Welcoming guests at the reception;
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Education: Tourism degree
Skills and qualifications- Administrative Assistant in a 5-star hotel Internship
- Fluent in English (mandatory) but other languages competencies are valuable;
- Previous experience in a similar position would be a plus, but not obligatory;
- Amazing communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
