We want to invite to this position a creativeperson, who would become a part of our team to work with creative developmentprojects.

Information about the College

Vilnius College ofTechnologies and Design (VTDK) is a state university of applied sciences inLithuania, hosting around 2.500 students and 200 professors and other staffmembers. VTDK consists of 4 faculties: the Civil Engineering Faculty, the Design Faculty, the Technical Faculty,and the Petras Vileišis Railway Transportation Faculty.VTDK offers 16 full-timestudy programs, partial studies through exchange programs, as well as informalstudy courses and training.

VTDKruns various participative initiatives in order to respond to strategic goalsfor sustainability and quality of studies. For example, a few years ago newoptional course the Social Project was developed, which links knowledge,enquiry and action to help students become active society members and solvepractical problems of their communities. Through their work with chosen societyactors the students solve critical community issues in a variety of areas, suchas environment, health, arts and education. In 2012 VTDK.hackLAB laboratorybased on the HackerSpace concept was established, which became a great platformfor transdisciplinary technological and art collaborative projects. In the Fallsemester of 2015 VTDK set up the Science Shop in order to be able better torespond to civil society’s needs for expertise and knowledge. Science Shop issupposed to become a mediator between community and VTDK involving students inlocal community issues solving through applied research.


This is unpaid internship. The payment is assumed byeducational institution or Erasmus+ scholarship fund. Accommodation will not beprovided, but the College can assist in arranging the place at the dormitory.
